Zeitvertrieb receives the right to print once and without any compensations or payments.

The copyrights of a sketch or image are not transfered to Zeitvertrieb by printing and publishing the art work in "artyfucked". The copyright stays with the author (sketcher / photographer). The copyright notice in "artyfucked" serves only as information for third parties.

The author ensures Zeitvertrieb, that no copyrights of a third person or company are violated by publishing the artwork in "artyfucked". The Author (sketcher) takes all and full responsibilities of legal concequences of such copyright violations.
